This one is called dandelion fluff. It is slightly contraversial, so comments, rants and so on are very welcome.
And when the cries of the people,
were carried away,
like the fluff of a million dandelions,
up and up,
on through the skies,
to the Realm,
where Our Lord and Lady live,
The prayers were put aside,
For reasons not known to men,
And why, Mother, Father?
Why doeth thou ignorest the cries of thy children?
Why?
Why doeth thou makest us sick?
What have we done, O' Mother?
Millions die,
in a war without a cause,
in a war without a name.
Many weep,
for the loved ones they lost.
Our Leader breaks Your Sacred words,
and forces some to believe,
what they do not want.
And still we think it is right,
to force our will upon others?
Mother, Tell us,
is this what you want?
Then, Father,
Teach us to be wise,
when troubles breweth in our midst,
protect us,
shield us,
from anger and fear.
Teach those, O Mother and Father,
teach those who die in thy name,
Wisdom and grace,
to Stop this awful war,
a war without a name.
When the world is at peace,
are we not happy?
But why must we fight,
Whymust we kill?
For a war without a name,
for a war without a cause?
Children go hungry,
and we do not help them.
Children die,
of fevers we cannot cure.
And all of our money goes to a war without a name?
I do not find this acceptable,
in the face of all these problems,
our leader sit back and watch.
This is wrong in any religion.
It is wrong to kill your own,
But then why do we have to kill ours,
for a war without a cause?
Sickness kills,
it strikes out loved ones,
and stil lour prayers are ignored.
Why, Mother,
Why, Father?
Why ignore us when we need you most?
